ALUMINUM TRIPLEX BARRIER
It consists of polyester film on the outer layer, aluminum foil on the middle layer and laminated PE film on the inner layer. This combined structure, together with VCI, reduces the oxygen and water vapor permeability to zero.
VCI molecules work by evaporation and condensation. It cools metal parts and prevents corrosion where they settle. In fact, an anti-corrosion layer of macromolecules is deposited on the part. This regulates the pH by inhibiting the flow of electrons. It also prevents corrosion by forming a physical barrier against oxygen and water vapor.
We have the opportunity to produce in the desired thickness and weight. Instead of the PE film on the inner layer, production is made as a Vci film upon request.
It is designed to cope with the most severe industrial requirements. Aluminum Barrier film creates an excellent barrier against water vapor, gas, UV rays and odor. It prevents corrosion on metal parts. It protects the product from damages that may occur due to humidity, oxygen, gas and static charge. Thus, it ensures longevity.
We manufacture aluminum industrial packaging products as flat or bottomed bags for any size you will give. Aluminum triplex barrier product is produced with or without VCI according to demand and use.
