Pallet Cover
Pallet covers are used by the consumer in two different ways.
- It is put on the pallet as a single bag like a dress and shrinked with a heat gun. In this method, the use of the heat gun should make the transverse and longitudinal shrinkage properly.
- It is produced in coils and sent to the consumer. It is palletized by automatic machines. With additives such as UW added into nylon pallet covers, 6 months, 1 or 3 years protection against natural conditions can be provided. Production methods are made in 100-400 micron thicknesses between 100 cm and 400 cm, and the extruder head diameters directly proportional to the width and length of the pallet cover are very important.
